Last year, after rally de Croatie, Pierre-Louis Loubet avait décidé de se séparer du copilote avec lequel il courait depuis le Tour de Corse 2015. Vincent Landais avait payé un début de saison compliqué au volant de la Hyundai i20 WRC from the 2C Competition team. The Corsican then created a surprise by calling on Florian Haut-Labourdette who did not have enormous experience at this level.

The rest of the year wasn't really any better with 3 retirements in 5 rounds. Hit by a car, which broke his hip, Pierre-Louis Loubet had to prematurely end his program.

« I am very happy to announce that Vincent Landais will be back by my side for this year. I'm sure this season will be incredible, in an exceptional car. I know that with Vincent, we will be able to achieve our goals “, said the pilot. Their debut is planned for the Croatia Rally (April 20-24).
