Latvala retires in Chile, Tänak manages

Ott Tänak (Toyota) a maintenu une avance d’une demi-minute sur ses plus proches poursuivants dans le second passage de la deuxième étape du Rally from Chile. The Estonian is 30 seconds ahead of Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) before the last day after notably achieving a new scratch in SS11.

Sébastien Ogier will nevertheless have to maintain the pace. The six-time reigning champion is threatened by his compatriot Sébastien Loeb (Hyundai) revenu à 5 secondes de la deuxième place. Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) évolue désormais au pied du podium provisoire devant Teemu Suninen (M-Sport) qui garde une dizaine de secondes d’avance sur Esapekka Lappi (Citroën). Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) pointe au 7e rang.

Kalle Rovanperä (Skoda) remains at the top of the WRC 2 Pro with more than half a minute ahead of Mads Ostberg (Citroën). The Norwegian remains narrowly ahead of Kris Meeke (Toyota) who returned to the Top 10.

The final stage of the Rally Chile will feature three special stages, including the Bio Bio route which will be crossed twice since its 12,52km will serve as a Power Stage.
