Latvala maintains hope of finishing in the points in Sweden

This is a new disillusionment for Jari-Matti Latvala.

“It was a wonderful day. The car was sensational even though the fight was getting harder and harder, lamented the Finn. I simply asked too much of the tires in the last SS. I tried to get out of the snow as quickly as possible, but realizing how stuck I was, I realized I was going to lose a lot of time. There were only 2 people there to help us, that's why it took so long. »

However, Jari-Matti Latvala does not want to give up, the Finn keeping in mind that every point counts in both championships.

“I don't know yet how much extra time I'll leave tomorrow but we won't give up. If we have a chance to get back into the Top 10 and score points, we will fight for it. The rally is still long and you never know what could happen. We'll be back tomorrow.", he promised.

The second stage of the Rally Sweden will begin this Saturday from 7:44 a.m. with 7 more special stages on the program. The event will be followed live with our live text.
