The route of the Rally Germany is revealed

Traditional summer meeting on the calendar WRC since 2002, the Rally of Germany 2016 will offer some new features to all those involved in the ninth round of the season. If the essential passages like Panzerplatte or Bosenberg will be there again, small adjustments have been made to the route, from the start of the debates on Friday.

The first ES of Mittelmosel and Moselland were revised for this edition, the second mentioned being contested in the opposite direction. The Ollmuth special, 8,21 km long, will, however, be unique.

Saturday will see the competitors take the Freisen-Westrich section, absent since 2010. This will be followed by passages through Bosenberg, then Panzerplatte, on the Sprint version then the long 40 km ES.

The Dhrontal and Sauertal specials will be contested on Sunday, with the second pass through Sauertal serving as the Power Stage, a change compared to 2015 when Dhrontal came to conclude the rally.
