Le WRC is back ! Almost two months after Sweden, the World Rally Championship is making its comeback. This weekend is Croatia Rally which hosts the 3rd round of the season with no less than 20 special stages and 291 timed kilometers.

Last year, for the first appearance of Rally of Croatia in the world championship, the victory was decided during the last turn of the last special. While leading the event, Elfyn Evans had missed her braking and saw Sébastien Ogier ahead of him by 6 tenths, the 3rd closest finish in history after Jordan in 2011 (0″2 between Ogier and Latvala) and New Zealand in 2007 (0″3 between Gronhölm and Loeb).

The start of the Croatia Rally is scheduled for this Friday at 8:33 a.m. (French time) for a day made up of 8 special stages, the longest of the weekend with 120 kilometers to cover. On Saturday, the competitors will take 8 new starts before completing the 3e round of the season with 4 special stages.
