Only two weeks after Rally from Portugal, which saw Kalle Rovanperä extend his championship lead thanks to his victory, the WRC travels to Sardinia from June 2 to 5.

This is the 19th time that the World Rally Championship has passed through Sardinia, uninterrupted since 2004. It is the second gravel rally of the season after that of Portugal. Renowned for being very dusty, the event pushes the drivers and their mechanics to their limits. This edition should also be marked by the extreme heat feared by the crews.

The route includes 21 special stages for a total distance of 308,63 kilometers on the big Italian island.
