The program for the 2021 Monte-Carlo Rally

A little over a month after the end of the 2020 season, the news is already taking hold. From this Thursday, those entered in the World Rally Championship will compete in the Rally Monte-Carlo, opening round of the campaign.

Due to the health crisis and government measures, the timetables for the 2021 edition of the event have been modified. To respond to the new curfew put in place in the region (18 p.m. to 06 a.m.), the organizers have canceled the 8th special (Montauban-sur-l'Ouvèze – Villebois-Les-Pins 2).

The other stages were brought forward by a few hours to allow all participants and the organization's teams to respect the measures put in place in France.

The start of the 2021 Monte-Carlo Rally is scheduled for this Thursday at 14:08 p.m. with the Saint-Disdier – Corps special. The entrants will get to the heart of the matter on Friday with the start of the day at 6:08 a.m. and five stages on the program.

On Saturday, three special stages await the participants with a first start at 6:30 a.m. and three special stages on the menu. The last day of this 89th edition will end with a final loop on the roads of the Alpes-Maritimes.

As with each round of the World Rally Championship, AUTOhebdo will offer you a live text of all the special stages of this 2021 Monte-Carlo Rally. See you on Thursday!
