Rally Argentina focuses on continuity

Le Rally of Argentina will continue. The 39th edition will offer a route similar to that of last year.

The event will begin on Thursday April 25 with a 4,25km shakedown contested at Villa Carlos Paz and a 1,9km super special at the same location.

The first stage on Friday will be identical to last year with three stages completed twice in the Calamuchita Valley.

The second stage on Saturday will be contested in the Punilla Valley with three more stages to be covered twice. The Cuchilla Nevada ES which will start this year from Mataderos will be followed by a route of more than 33km traced to Characato. This will be the longest special stage of the rally. The two passages will be separated by a 6,04km super special at Parque Tematico.

The final stage will consist of two special stages. That of El Condor will be covered twice since its 16,43km will serve as a Power Stage.

The crews will have to cover a total of 349km timed. THE WRC will not have time to breathe since the new Rally of Chile will follow two weeks later.
