The Swedish Rally is full of new features
The program of Rally of Sweden 2017 has been revealed by the organizers. The snow event will be redesigned next year by offering a renewed route with around half of the special stages renewed.
The service park will be moved to Torsby Airport which will host the Power Stage, thus corresponding to the wishes of the promoters of the WRC. This move will allow the crews to compete in more special stages in the north of the country.
If the Karlstad, Vargasen and Hagfors routes will be retained, the Rally Sweden will offer three new special stages. The crews will notably travel to Norway to discover the Hof Finnskog course and that of Knon located north of Hagfors.
