Team Sarrazin Motorsport makes his way in WRC 2. The structure founded by the current SMP Racing driver in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) signed during the rally of Finland its best result in its history in the category, thanks to second place in Jari huttunen on his Hyundai i20 R5.
The 24-year-old Finn therefore went down one place compared to his victory in 2017 in a Skoda Fabia R5, nothing to disappoint him however: “It's really special to play in front of so many compatriots and that makes the result even more fantastic sinceThis is my best performance of the season in WRC-2. We didn't encounter any problems, I just had to avoid the traps while staying clean on the special stages.", explains the Hyundai Motorsport-backed driver.
His boss was totally won over by this performance. “Since the creation and implementation of our structure in April 2017, this is our third podium in this category, but above all the second in a row after that of Nicolas Ciamin in Sardinia. This performance does good for the whole team, but also for Jari. He experienced a certain lack of success at the start of the year, but he was finally able to realize all the work accomplished around him."
That's two podiums in a row and the best result ever for #SarrazinMotorsport in # WRC2 Great to see our hard work with @HuttunenRacing & @HMSGOfficial paying off during the @RallyFinland! Hopefully more to come soon! pic.twitter.com/ZTokDxM6mR
