The WRC-2 on the menu of Teemu Suninen and Oreca

After having evolved on the stages of WRC-3 and WRC-2 in 2015, Finnish Teemu Suninen will focus next year on the WRC-2, at the wheel of a Skoda Fabia R5 paved by Michelin and entered by the Team Oreca. “2016 will feature a number of new rallies for me in a four-wheel drive, so there's still more to discover, but the goal is Top 3. The Fabia R5 is competitive, I've already driven with a Skoda and I enjoyed it, admits Suninen.

I fully trust Team ORECA and we now know each other better; our work together will be even more effective. The Monte Carlo is a rally synonymous with challenges due to these weather conditions, and its mix of asphalt, snow and ice. This will be a first for me, so my approach will be relatively cautious. The goal is to drive intelligently to obtain a good result. »  

Testing is planned for the first week of January, where Suninen will reunite with co-driver Mikko Markkula.
