A real tour de force. After the sudden end of the Volkswagen adventure at the end of 2016, few options arose for the future of Sébastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia in WRC. Convinced by the passion that Malcolm Wilson puts in maintaining his M-Sport structure in the World Cup, the French accept the Briton's offer without having tried the Ford Fiesta.

This courageous choice is immediately rewarded at Monte-Carlo, rally le plus difficile du calendrier. Face aux débutants (mais bien préparés) Toyota et aux officiels Hyundai et Citroën, l’équipe anglaise s’avère solide tel un roc.
