The Legend Boucles de Bastogne (Belgium, February 1-3) will attract big names from the World Rally Championship (WRC). Already present in 2018, Thierry Neuville and Nicolas Gilsoul go back for a trip aboard their little Opel Corsa A used to start rally.
Official drivers Hyundai in WRC will find the Finn Mikko Hirvonen. In a rest phase since his 2018 Dakar with Mini, the multiple vice-world champion should delight spectators with a Ford Escort MKII.
Another former glory of the WRC, Freddy Loix will participate in the historic rally aboard a Toyota Celica GT-Four ST166 in the “Demo” category, without competing in the general classification. The Japanese car won the world title in the hands of Carlos Sainz in 1990. All these drivers will be available on Friday February 1 between 18 p.m. and 19 p.m. in the city center of Bastogne for a signing session.
