Loeb in the right tempo in Sweden?

Sébastien Loeb started the season off with a bang, dominating Rally Monte Carlo. The Citroën driver is now preparing to compete in the second round of the season with the Swedish Rally (February 9 to 12) where he only won once in 2004. However, he will try to grab a second victory to his record, benefiting in particular from the experience of Mikko Hirvonen, who refined the set-up of the Citroën DS3 WRC on the ice.

“It may not be the field in which I excel, but I really like it. It’s even one of the most enjoyable rallies of the season”, warns Sébastien Loeb. “If we analyze previous editions, it is often the conditions that complicated my task. When the special stages are covered with a nice layer of live ice, I think I'll perform as well as my opponents. Mikko arrived with his own experience and he advanced the DS3 WRC set-up on the ice. I tried its settings and immediately felt confident. We have made good progress compared to 2011.”
