Loeb and Latvala to take part in Rally Sweden

Le Rally of Sweden contested from February 13 to 16 will benefit from a good entry list. In addition to the drivers registered for the season (the M-Sport crews having been revealed this Thursday), the Scandinavian event will benefit from the presence of Sébastien Loeb de retour sur la Hyundai i20 WRC. The nine-time world champion will continue his partial program with the Korean manufacturer.

Ce ne sera pas le seul à revenir au niveau mondial puisque Jari-Matti Latvala sera engagé sur une Toyota Yaris WRC alors que le Finlandais ne fait plus partie des équipages officiels de la marque japonaise. Il compte néanmoins s’inscrire sur plusieurs manches du WRC cette année. Pour l’occasion, l’ancien pilote Volkswagen sera copiloté par Juho Hänninen habitué à être sur le siège de gauche.

If Sébastien Loeb only won the Swedish Rally once in 2004, Jari-Matti Latvala won 4 times on the snowy special stages.
