Loeb wins at Rallye Condroz, Matton on the podium

Sébastien and Séverine Loeb won the Rallye Condroz with a large lead over Xavier Bouche. The 100% Citroën podium is completed by the Xsara WRC of Yves Matton and Daniel Elena.

Loeb wins at Rallye Condroz, Matton on the podium

Sébastien Loeb unsurprisingly dominated the 40th edition of the Rally Condroz where his arrival caused a superb media impact for the organizers. Citroën is rewarded for its presence with a podium completed only by cars bearing Chevrons. Xavier Bouche (C4 WRC) took second place more than six minutes behind the nine-time WRC world champion. The podium is completed by the Xsara WRC driven by Yves Matton who was accompanied by Daniel Elena.

Kevin Abbring made a strong comeback to clinch victory and the 208 Rallye Cup title. The Dutchman only won 15 seconds ahead of Cédric de Cecco.
