These are some of the sentences uttered by Marcus Grönholm before taking off at the wheel of an Impreza WRC in the colors of “Turismo de Portugal”, the main sponsor of the event.

“I drove the car for half a day in Wales, then for two days not far from here in Spain. I covered 230km in total. I'm not unhappy with the result, but I was alone and I don't have the slightest idea of my competitiveness. »

For the first time, the Impreza WRC S14 is equipped with Ohlins shock absorbers in racing. If the weather remains good, position on the road will be important on particularly dusty roads.
