Ogier manages in Mexico, Evans threatened by Tänak

Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) managed its lead in the second pass of the second stage of the Rally from Mexico. The six-time champion WRC est rentré à l’assistance avec une avance de 27 secondes sur Elfyn Evans (M-Sport). Le Gallois est menacé par Ott Tänak (Toyota) revenu à seulement 2 secondes pour offrir encore un match pour la dernière journée de compétition.

The Top 5 remains completed by Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) et Kris Meeke (Toyota) qui ne peuvent plus espérer gagner des places à la régulière. Le Nord-Irlandais a été ralenti par des soucis de boîte de vitesses dans les derniers kilomètres.

Benito Guerra Jr (Skoda) is in 6th place leading WRC 2 with several minutes ahead of Wilkinson Bulacia (Skoda). Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) moved up to 8th place ahead of Dani Sordo (Hyundai).
