Present in the adventure Hyundai since 2014, Dani Sordo will only make his first start in Sweden (February 11-14) with the i20. WRC of the team based in Alzenau in Germany. Not retained in 2014, the Spaniard missed the 2015 edition after a fall while cycling, which left him with two broken ribs.

For Paddon, the discovery will be that of the new i20 WRC, he who competed in the Rally Monte Carlo about the old version of the Korean car. The top 5 remains the objective of the Kiwi driver, 5th last year in Scandinavia.

“Sweden is a rally that I really enjoyed last year, explains Paddon. We had a good race last year and I hope we can get another good result with the New Generation i20 WRC. »

Paddon will be lined up alongside the Belgian Thierry Neuville within the Hyundai Shell Team WRT, while Dani Sordo will defend the colors of Mobis Team WRT.
