On the occasion of the presentation of the 2010 WRC season, North One Sport revealed the figures for TV coverage in 2009. Compared to the previous season, the average number of viewers increased by 12% for each rally.

Broadcast record for the WRC

The last round of the season, contested in Wales, was followed by 61 million viewers (to compare with the 12 million announced by the IRC organizers during Monte-Carlo).

In addition to the agreements concluded with Motors TV and Orange Sport, North One Sport has also formalized the signing of contracts with TF1 and France Télévisions for the broadcasting of images in France. Other broadcasters could be announced soon.

A new video game WRC » is under development and the broadcast of high definition images will be launched in 2011.
