Rossel on the way to another victory

Discovering the Acropolis, the Auto-Hebdo pilot initially negotiated the first day superbly well. In addition to the tiny asphalt stage run around Syntagma Park in Athens, the latter included 5 gravel stages. The particularity of this stage was to compete without assistance which represented a solid challenge on always difficult terrain. Managing to find a fast pace, but without taking any extreme risks, the Gardois remained in the pack of leaders (4th) of the WRC 3.

The settings fitted to his C3 Rally2 being more focused on reliability than performance, the Rookie Academy driver was not absolutely satisfied with his performance. He consoled himself on the second day by overtaking his opponents and taking the lead at the end of SS9. Then widening the gap, he had the misfortune to suffer a storm on Saturday afternoon which cost him a few seconds. Rossel, however, was able to start this morning with a 19s1 margin over Kajetan Kajetanowicz, his main rival in the championship. The first pass in the legendary and still difficult Tarzan allowed him to build up a nest egg of 21s3 with 2 times remaining.
