Sébastien Ogier dominates the shakedown in Australia

Sébastien Ogier was the fastest in the shakedown in Australia, ahead of Andreas Mikkelsen and Ott Tänak on his last pass who had taken the lead in the training special.

Sébastien Ogier dominates the shakedown in Australia

Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) and Ott Tänak (Toyota) semblaient avoir établi le temps référence du shakedown du Rally from Australia by completing the 5,07km in 2’54”0, but Sébastien Ogier (M-Sport Ford) a finalement réalisé la meilleure performance en 2’53″8 during his very last visit.

Mikkelsen and Tänak therefore follow at two tenths, just ahead Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) which ranked 4 tenths behind its direct rival for the coronation.

Craig Breen (Citroën) placed the first C3 WRC in 5th place less than 3 seconds from the benchmark ahead of Hayden Paddon (Hyundai), Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota), Esapekka Lappi (Toyota), Teemu Suninen (M-Sport), Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) and Mads Ostberg (Citroën).
