Sébastien Ogier will ride with Vincent Landais in Japan

Compared to the previous season during which there was a flurry of co-drivers, the year 2022 had been calm from this point of view. In Japan, however, two changes will take place in the workforce. As announced before Rally Catalunya, James Fulton will replace Paul Nagle alongside Craig Breen in the Puma Hybrid Rally1. The second change is more surprising.

Indeed, a few days after their victory at rally from Catalonia, Sébastien Ogier and Benjamin Veillas will not evolve together in the land of the rising sun. The eight-time world champion will team up with Vincent Landais. The 31-year-old co-driver began his career in 2010 in the Nancy region. Three years later, he was in IRC with Robert Consani before beginning a long collaboration with Pierre-Louis Loubet in 2015. If the two men separated occasionally last year, their duo reformed this year was very effective in the Puma. Landais will therefore discover a new team and above all race for the first time with Sébastien Ogier.
