Sordo: Mixture of confidence and caution

Dani Sordo seems to be confident before setting off on the Monte-Carlo Rally. But Pierre Campana's teammate still remains wary of the often changing racing conditions in this event.

Sordo: Mixture of confidence and caution

If Mini World Rally Team is going through an uncertain period, Dani Sordo remains focused on his objectives at Rally Monte-Carlo, first event of the season WRC which will begin next week. The Spaniard knows that he can obtain a good result in this particularly demanding event but he still keeps in mind that the weather could easily shake up the established hierarchy if the conditions vary during the weekend.

“It’s a rally that I really like because the special stages are very beautiful”, recognizes Sébastien’s former teammate Loeb. “We did some testing which went very well and I am satisfied with the car. The most important thing is to test the tires and we have been able to do that with Michelin and I know we have very good compounds. The problem will concern the weather conditions. For the moment, the weather is dry with very little snow, but this could change very quickly. »
