Sordo king of Sardinia, dubbed Hyundai

For his first rally since that of Mexico last March, Dani Sordo has hit hard. Back on the land that saw him climb to the top of the podium last year, the Iberian is back at it again.

Leader at the end of the first two days of driving, Dani Sordo had to ensure this Sunday to glean the third success of his career in WRC. Done.

« It's incredible. I'm not satisfied with my day but we managed to win so I'm very happy », smiled the main person concerned once victory was achieved.

This victory is also that of Hyundai. Indeed, the South Korean team achieved a double in this Rally of Sardinia. She can in particular thank Thierry Neuville who stole second place overall from Sébastien Ogier during the Power Stage, the final stage of the Sardinian meeting.

Thierry Neuville et Ott Tänak are relegated to 24 and 28 units from the leader.
