Tänak takes off at Rally Finland

The Estonian won the four stages on the program for the first pass and increased his lead to almost 24 seconds against Mads Ostberg (Citroën).

Setting changes made the night before on the Ford Fiestas WRC do not seem to have satisfied the pilots.

Craig Breen (Citroen) and Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) still complete the Top 10, while Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) moved up to 13th place. The Norwegian, however, has the disadvantage of opening the road after Khail Al Qassimi's accident in the first special of the day.

Kalle Rovanperä (Skoda) continues to dominate WRC 2 with a large lead over his compatriots Eerik Pietarinen (Skoda) and Jari Huttunen (Hyundai). The latter remains chased by Ole Christian Veiby (Skoda) who is less than 2 seconds from the top three.

The second pass of the second stage of the Rally Finland will start from 13:55 p.m.
