Thierry Neuville opens up before Monte-Carlo

Spearhead of the stable Hyundai since last year, the Belgian Thierry Neuville will get back behind the wheel of his i20 WRC au Monte Carlo (whose shakedown will begin today at 16 p.m.), this weekend. Winner for the first time in his career at the World Cup in Germany in 2014, the 2013 world vice-champion will however not yet be able to benefit from the 2015 version of his mount.

“We will start the championship with the current WRC which will receive developments during the first quarter in order to improve, among other things, the performance of the engine. And also that of the chassis with a change in geometry and mass distribution. The car will improve, but it's impossible to say if it will be enough to beat the others? Then there will be the arrival of the new i20. Today we cannot give an exact date? » admits the 26-year-old pilot.
