A beautiful line-up for the Arctic’s WRC premiere
This is what we call a remarkable debut. For its first appearance in the World Rally Championship (WRC), the Arctic Rally Finland (February 26-28) will be able to count on 56 competitors, including 13 WRCs.

Monte-Carlo winner Andreas Mikkelsen (Skoda) will have a hard time facing the return of Esapekka Lappi (Volkswagen) and Jari Huttunen (Hyundai), whileAdrien fourmaux (Ford) will try to improve on complex icy terrain.
Returning straight from the Saudi desert to the Dakar, Martin Prokop will swap his antique Ford Fiesta WRC for “Fiona2”, the nickname that the Czech gave to the new Ford Fiesta R2.
The fight will also be good in WRC3, with the three-time world champion of rallycross Johan Kristoffersson (Volkswagen) and his usual rival Mattias Ekström (Skoda), who returns to the World Cup after 15 years of absence. There are a total of 10 cars in WRC2, 23 in WRC3.
