WRC / Argentina: Sordo can go faster

Dani Sordo takes third place in the Rally Argentina with his new mount. Jari-Matti Latvala's replacement feels comfortable behind the wheel of the Fiesta RS WRC and believes he can pick up his pace.

WRC / Argentina: Sordo can go faster

After having competed in three special stages and almost 100 km of timed tests, Dani Sordo occupies third position, 24 seconds behind leader Petter Solberg before competing in the second passage of the special stages on the program for the first stage. The Spaniard, who has ten seconds ahead of Sébastien Loeb, has acclimatized well to the wheel of the Fiesta RS WRC. Jari-Matti Latvala's replacement, however, ensures that he does not skip any steps by attacking excessively in this particularly long event.

« The more miles I drive the car, the more comfortable I am?, commented Dani Sordo on wrc.com. “I'm constantly learning and I know I can be faster, but I want to get used to the car before thinking about changing the set-up. The conditions were slippery in places and I had very good grip in others. In any case, I like this experience with the Fiesta. »
