WRC – Ogier solid leader at Wales Rally GB

Sébastien Ogier (Volkswagen) retains the lead of Wales Rally GB at the end of the 13th special. The three-time world champion lost half a minute on SS11 after being stranded following the crash. Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) rolled over in front of him. But the Frenchman was able to recover the lost time after correcting the times and he now has a lead of half a minute over Kris Meeke (Citroën). The Korean manufacturer's crew is fine, but the i20's roll bar WRC is damaged, which puts an end to his weekend.

Andreas Mikkelsen (Volkswagen) remains in third position ahead Ott Tänak (Ford) which took fourth place, taking advantage in particular of the problems of Mads ostberg (Citroen). The Norwegian fell to eighth after finding himself stuck in a ditch for two minutes. Dani sordo (Hyundai) found himself around ten seconds behind the Estonian following gearbox problems.

Hayden Paddon (Hyundai) is in sixth place ahead Elfyn Evans (Ford). The New Zealander was able to continue the stage after hanging on with Martin Prokop (Ford) on the link. The Czech who was in 12th place could not go any further. Stéphane Lefebvre (Citroen) and Lorenzo Bertelli (Ford) complete the top ten ahead Robert Kubica (Ford) slowed by transmission problems on the front wheels.

Éric Camilli (Fiesta R5) remains in the lead of WRC 2 ahead of Teemu Suninen (Skoda Fabia S2000) and Craig Breen (Peugeot 208 T16).
