Toyota Motorsport GmbH poursuit son programme de développement avec la Yaris WRC with a view to a full-time arrival at world level in 2017. The Japanese manufacturer has completed its list of young drivers by announcing the arrival of the Finn Teemu Suninen alongside Éric Camilli.

The 21-year-old Nordic driver stood out by winning the WRC3 category during the last edition of the Rally from Finland for his debut at this level, after starting his rally career in 2013. With the Nice native, he will carry out test sessions on the Yaris WRC alongside experienced drivers Stéphane Sarrazin and Sebastian Lindholm.

Éric Camilli and Teemu Suninen will compete respectively in several rounds of WRC2 and WRC3 in cars entered by Team Oreca which is making its comeback in rallying. The models and the full program have not yet been defined, but Hugues de Chaunac's structure has ensured that the two Toyota drivers will compete at least six events each.
