The end of the qualifying session 1000 Miles of Sebring was marked by Fabio Scherer's exit from the track. Then on his attack lap, Fabio Scherer, who replaced Alex Brundle this weekend, lost control of the IEC Oreca 07 at the first corner and ended his race in the protective barriers.
