Roar – EL4: Four in a row for Meyer Shank Racing

#60: Meyer Shank Racing W/Curb-Agajanian, Acura ARX-06, GTP: Colin Braun, Tom Blomqvist, Helio Castroneves, Simon Pagenaud

It is always difficult to draw conclusions from Free Practice since everyone follows their own program, especially when they only precede qualifying for a race which takes place a week later. While it is too early to predict the final result of the 24 2023 Hours of Daytona, Acura is currently the manufacturer setting the most convincing times in Florida.

Thus, for the fourth time in a row in four driving sessions, it was Meyer Shank Racing which set the best time in 1:35.038 through Colin Braun. The defending team beat the other Japanese ARX-06, the No. 10 of Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti Autosport by 0.118 seconds.

Chilean Nico Pino dominated the LM P3 standings with the No. 320 Ligier JS P33 of Sean Creech Motorsport.
