Rubens Barrichello finished first in the final Roar before the 24 test session at Daytona (Florida), held on a wet track. With a time of 1'47"320 achieved at the wheel of the Starworks Motorsport Riley MK XX, the Brazilian was more than four seconds ahead of the VisitFlorida.com Racing Corvette DP driven by Richard Westbrook. Jordan Taylor remained the fastest in testing at the wheel of the Wayne Taylor Racing Corvette DP with a lap in 1'39"181.
Only 11 cars took part in the final session. Pedro Lamy was the only GTLM driver to take to the track behind the wheel of theAston Martin Vantage n°98, completing a lap in 1'56"711. Markus Palttala was even faster in the Turner Motorsport BMW Z4 with a time of 1'55"560.
