Starworks Motorsport today confirmed the drivers that will be found on the two Oreca 09 FLMs which will be at the start of the 24 Hours of Daytona next Saturday. On the No. 7, the Venezuelan Alex Popow, the Mexican Martin Fuentes, the Spaniard Isaac Tutumlu, the German Pierre Kaffer and the Canadian Kyle Marcelli are registered.
On the sister car, the No. 8, and which had achieved the best time in the Prototype Challenge category during the Roar Before the Rolex 24 at the beginning of January, the American Eric Lux will share the wheel with the German Mirco Schultis, the Dutchman Renger van der Zande and the Englishman Sam Bird, the author of the reference mark during the tests.
