The Nielsen Racing team will make its debut in the LMP2 category at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, with an Oreca 07. The British team unveiled the livery of its car on Tuesday, which will be shared by Tony Wells, Garrett Grist and Alex Kapadia.
Nielsen Racing is one of the teams invited to Le Mans thanks to its title in the Asian Le Mans series last year. Present under different names in motorsport for around ten years, it has climbed the ranks, notably in prototype, to arrive in LMP3 in 2017 then in LMP2 at Le Mans this year.
