Jaime Alguersuari is officially appointed by Toro Rosso, as a new driver within the team. He therefore replaces Sébastien Bourdais, and will experience his first Grand Prix Formula 1, in Hungary. At 19, he will be the youngest driver to start a Grand Prix in F1 history.
