Fernando Alonso (McLaren) and Jolyon Palmer (Renault) will start from the back of the grid at the Japanese GP at Suzuka. The Asturian was penalized by 35 places following a replacement of several elements on his Power Unit, with an eighth engine, a tenth turbo, a tenth MGU-H, an eighth MGU-K, a seventh battery and sixth control system electronic.

Same thing for the Renault driver who has his fifth engine, his sixth turbo and his sixth MGU-H and who receives a 20 place penalty.
