Placed as a possible starter for 2019 within the Alfa Romeo Clean F1 Team, Italian Antonio Giovinazzi will drive the C37 – Ferrari this weekend during the first free practice session for the Russian Grand Prix, at the Sochi Autodrome.
The former 2 GP2016 Series vice-champion will replace the Swede Marcus Ericsson. Giovinazzi will discover the Russian track, which was not on the calendar during his 2016 GP2 Series season.
