On April 14, in Paris, the FIA International Court of Appeal will hear one more team. BMW Sauber has indeed officially joined the clan of protesters (Ferrari, Red Bull Racing et Renault) against the now famous Brawn GP broadcasters, Williams et Toyota.
BMW Sauber's complaint, filed after the deadline, was not deemed admissible in Melbourne. The BMW Sauber team has informed the FIA of its desire to be heard before the Court of Appeal, in order to demonstrate the illegality of these diffusers.
