Shortly after the confirmation of the tenure of Antonio Giovinazzi in 2019, Sauber F1 Team has announced that Marcus Ericsson will remain with the Hinwil team next year. The Swede will occupy the position of third driver as well as brand ambassador Alfa Romeo.
