It's the end of Q1 and the first to be eliminated are known. Will not see Q2: Lance stroll, Nicholas latifi, Kimi Räikkönen, Mick Schumacher et Nikita mazepin.
At the front, it is Charles Leclerc who stood out with the best time in 1'34″153 ahead of Max Verstappen and Sergio Pérez. Daniel Ricciardo et Lando Norris completed the Top 5. Expected in Austin, Lewis Hamilton et Valtteri Bottas were discreet with only the 8th and 9th times.
As for Alpine, Esteban Ocon et Fernando Alonso are still in trouble at COTA. The two drivers from the French team finished 13th and 14th respectively.
