After Bridgestone, Michelin, Pirelli, Avon, and Kumho, another Korean manufacturer, Hankook, joins the list of candidates for the place of official manufacturer of the F1 next year. This choice is motivated by the brand's desire to move its products upmarket.
The FIA's decision will certainly not be taken in Monaco, as was initially planned. It could even be pushed until this summer with this new application.
