The German driver from the BMW-Sauber team is the first to denounce the new rule put in place yesterday by the FIA and is said to have said that he would prefer that the title of world champion of F1 be awarded on points, and not based on the number of Grand Prix victories.
“It’s a matter of taste, but I don’t like it. I found the old rule better. With the points system it was more understandable, it is the one who is most regularly in the top who must win,” he commented.
