HRT has announced its intention to take Karun Chandhok to court. The Indian driver would not have respected the contract which linked him to the Spanish team.
“When we signed our agreement for the 2010 season, he made us a lot of written promises,” said Colin Kolles in the columns of Deccan Chronicle in India. “But he did not fulfill his obligations. We waited but had no choice but to suspend him during the German Grand Prix. We did it diplomatically. »
HRT is undoubtedly seeking to be paid the sums promised at the start of the season. Karun Chandhok drove the F110 in ten Grands Prix in 2010.
