McLaren has confirmed that James Key could take up his new role as technical director from March 25. The Woking stable indicated that it had “reached an agreement with Toro Rosso » to put a premature end to the contract which linked the engineer to the Italian team.
Until now deputy technical director, Jody Egginton will replace James Key at Toro Rosso.
