The equipment manufacturer OMP has announced the acquisition of the helmet manufacturer Bell Racing. An acquisition which in fact constitutes the largest group of motorsport safety equipment in the world.
The different entities of the two brands will be retained, including the Bell Racing R&D center in Sakhir in Bahrain, but also the brand's Belgian and American centers.
Paolo Delprato, president and general manager of OMP, will have the same functions within the new entity, with Aref Yazbek remaining general manager of Bell Racing.
