Red Bull finally agrees to let go of Dan Fallows

It's the end of seven months of hesitation between Red Bull et Aston Martin. While the head of aerodynamics at Red Bull Dan Fallows was announced last June by the Silverstone team, the question of his notice, so important in F1 concerning confidentiality, had not been decided. Red Bull refused to let go of its employee, but Aston Martin finally announced this Tuesday thatan agreement was finally reached

“Red Bull Technology and Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team are delighted to announce that they have reached an agreement regarding the notice period for Dan Fallows.” Lawrence's stable Stroll took the opportunity to clarify that Fallows would officially join his new team on April 2, and that he would remain an employee of Red Bull Technology until then.

As a reminder, Dan Fallows had been with Red Bull since 2006, and had recently been named head of the aerodynamics department. “I have loved all these happy years with Red Bull and I am proud of what we have achieved together. I look forward to next season and honoring this new challenge.” did he declare. As a reminder, Frenchman Eric Blandin, former aero chief at Mercedes, was also recruited by Aston Martin and will take up his position within the year, after having also respected a period of forced inactivity.

Things are moving a lot on the Aston Martin side, since as a reminder, Otmar Szafnauer, the former CEO of the team, was released from his duties on January 5. He was replaced as team principal by Mike Krack
