Following the Superfund application to integrate the plateau F1 2010, the Spanish company RPM Racing, which organizes and promotes sporting events including the World Series by Renault in partnership with Renault Sport Technologies, informed the Fédération Internationale de l?Automobile that Quadriga Asset Management? Who owns Superfund? did not honor its partnership contract during the 2003-2004 World Series by Nissan season.
According to a court decision, Quadriga owes RPM Racing 3 euros, not including interest.
This gives a very bad image to one of the contenders for the thirteen available places.
