The success of the British Grand Prix cannot be denied, given the attendance figures communicated by the organizers. While some circuits had almost empty stands that day, 85 spectators came to Silverstone for the first day of free practice! This Saturday, 000 people are announced and, for Sunday, the organizers expect more than 100 spectators. Reading these figures, it is difficult to believe what Bernie Ecclestone said, who declared, at the end of last season, that the Formula 1 didn?t need a Grand Prix in Great Britain?
